Bridges
The Bridges residence by Marque Homes is a bold custom home designed to reflect its clients’ creative lifestyle. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home has been carefully shaped around both the site and the personalities of its owners. Positioned on a prominent corner block with a natural fall from back to front, the design takes advantage of the terrain while creating a striking street presence. A refurbished existing pool will be elevated into a terrace-style outdoor feature, forming a central focal point of the home. Inside, one of the most distinctive elements is a dedicated “cat café” room, requested by the clients from the initial concept, designed as a relaxed space where they can interact with their cats in a setting inspired by the popular cat cafés seen overseas.
Glenard
Introducing Glenard by Marque Homes, a custom residence where architecture and landscape come together in complete harmony. The design showcases a bold modern façade defined by warm timber cladding, textured stonework and striking geometric rooflines that add depth and visual balance. A winding entry path guides visitors through a lush, bush-inspired garden, where native plantings, moss-touched boulders and organic groundcovers create an immersive arrival experience. The thoughtful interplay of shadow, light and natural textures creates a serene architectural moment, one that feels grounded, tranquil and seamlessly connected to its environment. Glenard is a refined expression of nature-led design.
Grovedale
Introducing Grovedale by Marque Homes, a refined custom residence defined by soft curves and a calm, contemporary palette. The rendered façade blends smooth arched forms with crisp horizontal detailing, creating a balanced composition that feels both architectural and inviting. A dramatic curved corner window anchors the upper level, while rounded openings at ground level shape a welcoming entry sequence. Framed by simple, manicured landscaping, the home’s sculptural form and clean lines come together to create a timeless and quietly distinctive street presence.
Paxton
Introducing Paxton by Marque Homes, a statement in timeless luxury. Inspired by grand European architecture, the façade is defined by elegant limestone tiling, refined rendered mouldings and a perfectly symmetrical composition that elevates its street presence.
Arched windows and doorways bring a contemporary edge to the classic design, while a handcrafted double entry door in rich timber with intricate ironwork creates a striking first impression. Paired with a matching timber garage door, the home balances warmth with grandeur, delivering on the client’s vision of a classical, elegant and truly timeless residence.
