PROCESS

  1. Registration
    Your registration will be acknowledged, logged and tracked in our register within 2 business days.
  2. Evaluation
    We will work with you to evaluate and create an escalation strategy within 5 business days.
  3. Confirmation
    We will confirm your escalation strategy in writing.
